The following are Announcements for the Tobyhanna UMC

We have started a prayer ministry.  We call it Soul Food.  Our next meeting will be May 21st.  Watch for more information or contact Pat Wilson, Sharon Edwards, Dorothy Sirleaf or Phyllis Williams.  Please join us on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Exciting News!
The United Methodist Men have worked very hard  to create a Tobyhanna UMC Prayer Line.  The Number for this line is
1-800-251-2468
The line is operated by our UMM the first Saturday of every month, from 10-12 a.m.  If you would like to volunteer, please see Steve Adams.
You may call the Prayer Line whenever you are in need.  Call and someone will pray with you.  The Prayer Line is overseen by The Upper Room Living Prayer Center.
 
 
If anyone is interested in singing in the Choir,  please come to practice on Sunday morning starting at 10:30.

We are looking for Sunday School teachers.  If you would like to teach a Sunday School class, please see Rosalee Roper.

If you want to honor or remember someone with flowers on the altar, please contact Chong Dickinson or Phyllis Williams.

Please donate food to our local food bank, a box is provided in the Narthex. All donations are appreciated.
 
United Methodist Women will meet the third Sunday of each month after worship service
 
United Methodist Men breakfast meeting is the 1st Saturday of every month.  It is a breakfast meeting which starts at 8:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall.

The Board of Ministry meets on the second Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m.
 
Adult Sunday School is from 9:30-10:15 every Sunday
 
Midweek Adult Bible Study-  Wednesday 6:30 - 8 p.m at the chruch.
 
Faith Bible Study-  Wednesday, 10 a.m at the Church

Sunday School is held each Sunday starting at 9:30 a.m.

Youth Ministry meet the 1st Friday of each month for fun and games.  They meet at the church starting at 6 p.m.

Do you have pennies that are weighting you down and getting in the way? We have a penny jar located in the Narthex.  You can drop those extra pennies in it.

If you have small children, we operate a nursery each Sunday.  The children are well-taken care of while you worship.
